Mumpfield & Co. was built from real-world experience.

Through years of working in structured environments, including education and leadership, Rodtranece Mumpfield developed a firsthand understanding of how much strong systems, clear communication, and thoughtful execution impact the people responsible for carrying the work forward.
​
She also began noticing a recurring problem: organizations often have good ideas and capable people, but the way the work is organized makes execution harder than it needs to be. Processes become overly complicated, recommendations do not always fit the environment, and teams are left trying to make disconnected solutions work together.

Mumpfield & Co. was created to help change that. The company works with businesses and agricultural operations to bring clarity to their processes, strengthen how work is carried out, and develop practical solutions that make sense for the people actually using them.

Rodtranece’s background in graphic design also shapes the company’s approach. She believes information should not only be accurate, but easy to understand, thoughtfully organized, and designed with intention.
Community and service remain an important part of that work. Whether supporting a growing business, an agricultural operation, or an organization navigating change, the goal is to create solutions that are useful, accessible, and capable of making a meaningful impact.
